What Is Korlym?
Korlym is a prescription-only medication containing Mifepristone 300mg, approved by the FDA for managing Cushing’s syndrome — a condition of excess cortisol. While not directly approved for abortion, it contains the same active ingredient used in medical abortion pills (like MTP Kit or Mifegymiso), but in a higher dose.

Because of this, Korlym is sometimes used off-label by professionals in pregnancy termination under careful supervision.

Important Note
Korlym is NOT a standard abortion pill and should only be used under strict medical guidance. For regular early pregnancy termination, Mifepristone 200mg paired with Misoprostol is recommended (e.g., MTP Kit, Medabon, Mifegymiso).
